For those who have not been acquainted with W Hotel, you should go and be taken away by how Whimsical the place is. That happened to be the theme that John Ji & Tracy had for their wedding on 6 October, which explains why the guests were more liberal in their dress codes, donning shorts and caps, to fit in.
The couple were also more innovative with their programme. They invited Afterhours, instead of the typical wedding band, to bring them an electric set of upbeat music. THey also had DJ K, who filled the place up with well-loved wedding tunes from different eras.
Organised by Pivotal Productions, Justin the founder was the emcee himself, because he was also the good buddy of the groom.
The couple had a lavish experience I’m sure, as they kicked the afternoon off by alighting from a yacht the port situated at the hotel, and walking into the ballroom, with a full band playing their march in song.
