Hotspot@Kampong Glam is a community music time programme by PassionArts with the aim to bring arts into the heartland community.
Residents who visited North Bridge Road Food Centre bright and early on a Saturday were in for a treat as Elidih Mcrae was on the harp reaching out to the young and old.
The occasion was graced by MP of Moulmein-Kallang GRC, Ms Denise Phua who enjoyed the soothing tunes from start to finish.
