It was only a cocktail hour but it was packed with festivities. A stilt walker, dancers, lights, wine, and of course, Offbeatz.
Made up of 8 percussionists, Offbeatz rattled rhythms for the marching in of the delegates, while they were putting their savoir faire to good use and during the finale, when they had the company pf dancers to end the cocktail hour with a bang.
